According to the requests came from our customers, we have worked on improving the printing quality of fabrics regardless of printing type as well as improving the efficiency of processes by our Continuous Tumbler Dryer Machines. We have observed very good results about usage of Continuous Tumbler for removing the dust and fibre wastes on the fabric especially in before printing processes. As a result of this process we have created an added value for our customers by reducing the printing faults and retouch requirement sourcing from such waste materials on fabric surface around 90%. On the other hand, for tumbled fabrics, we have detected better pre treatment chemical absorbtion capability and regarding that better economy for pre treatment chemical consumption in a certain amount. For after printing processes, we have had extraordinary results for breaking the low or high hardness created by the ink on the fabric surface, for brighter colors, for more drapery and bulky fabric structure. We feel happy to create one more innovative solution for a certain part of textile production when we see the feedbacks from our customers.
